RKG Asset Management Private Limited is a LLP turned in Pvt Ltd company incorporated on 5th November 2019. It is the Investment Manager to the RKG Trust, a SEBI-registered Category-I & II Alternate Investment Fund (construed as a Trust on 21 May 2020, in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Trusts Act, 1882) and all its schemes.
RKG launched its first scheme in 2020 by the name of RKG Fund-1, which is operational till date.
Since then, 4 additional schemes have been launched- RKG Fund – II, RKG Fund – III, RKG Fund – IV, RKG Fund V. Additionally, the company is Investment Manager to RKG Special Situation Fund I, launched as on June 2024. The Fund has attracted investments from over 40 high-net-worth individuals and companies.
